COSTA MESA, Calif.—CareCredit announced the expansion of an existing relationship to a multi-year agreement with Vision Group Holdings, which oversees and manages two of the leading Lasik surgery providers: The Lasik Vision Institute (LVI) and TLC Laser Eye Centers.
